REPA system solutions Gašper Repanšek s.p. catalogue can be used also only for checking prices, overview of articles, customer’s opinions, etc
 
TIP FOR SORTING PRODUCTS IN CATEGORY:
 
When you are in chosen category, you can sort products inside the category in decreasing or increasing order of appearance. You can sort them by pressing MODEL / DESCRIPTION / PRICE, decreasing or increasing.
 
If you want to purchase items from e-shop or give your opinion about certain item, you need to create a new CUSTOMER ACCOUNT.
 
Terms of sales conditions in our e-shop are exactly the same as in our retail shop, you are only buying from our virtual shelves.
 

FOLLOWING TIPS WILL HELP YOU USING E-CATALOGUE AND  E-SHOP:
 
With every step while using catalogue / shop you will find questions and reminders in order to help you walking trough the desired task in using e-shop & catalogue.
 

NEW USER, HOW TO PROCEED?
 
You should create a new user account by selecting  - Create new account - or MY ACCOUNT- .
Follow the instructions. Red* marked fields are obligatory! At the bottom you type in your desired password.
After successfully created new user account you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. Now you can with your user name and password log in into REPA e-shop & catalogue and use all services available. When you are logged in, you can change your personal data also in column - MY ACCOUNT -.
 

WALK TROUGH E-SHOP ...
 
First of all you should be aware of all the optionss available by e-shop & catalogue.
Do not forget to check about new articles available, special offers and list of bestsellers of the moment.
You can search products by manufacturers or in tree menu, already well known from Windows applications. ATTENTION! Manufacturer is not specified within every product, so it is not always the right searching tool. Another way to search the products is also advanced search, where you can narrow your search more accurately. Use of questionnaire is warmly welcomed because it will provide us with information necessary to improve and tweak our web page regarding your desires.
 

GOING DEEPER…
 

-MY ACCOUNT-
 
Inside the My account area you can:
- change your personal data
- modify your personal address directory used when sending goods (very useful when talking about gifts)
- checking old orders, arranging messages you want to receive…
 

PURCHASE
 
The purchase is made by using virtual shopping cart. Every time you  put a new product in your cart, you will be automatically driven to Shopping Cart, where you can arrange the quantities of selected products or delete products from the cart. After every change select the Update button in order all your changes can be updated succesfully.
Shopping cart can also be left with selected products inside after you leave the e-shop. After you log in later on, your basket will contain exactly the same articles you left inside. But you should be aware that quantities of selected articles are not on hold for you, but they are subject to prior sales!
 

I HAVE SOME PRODUCTS IN SHOPPING CART AND I BOLDLY DECIDED TO BUY THEM
 
Congratulations, you are not feared anymore when talking about virtual shopping.  You saved your time and witH a little bit of luck you can receive free of charge delivery to your home. If you want to know how, read further… ( Only for customers that have a shipping address in Slovenia )
 
When you once have your selected products in your cart, you can change them, proceed with purchase of new products or go straight ahead to the Checkout, where you are always first in the line!
ATTENTION: also when you are browsing the e-catalogue you can select Checkout at any time and buy the selected products.
After selecting the button Checkout we continue as follows:
 
DELIVERY ADDRESS
 
ATTENTION! You can change delivery address and send goods to address A and the bill to address B, what can be very useful  in case of gifts, different warehouse address, etc...


SHIPPING THE GOODS:
 
You can pick up the goods by yourself, or we can agree about the forwarder you want to use.
 

PAYMENT
 
You can pay at delivery or by proforma invoice. Payment by credit cards will be available later on.
ATTENTION: when you perform payment by choosing  proforma invoice, you will receive proforma by fax or e-mail after checking the disponibilty of articles being selected. You will receive goods immediately  after payment.
 

BEFORE MAKING LAST STEP
 
You can check your order and confirm it. After that you can also register for receiving news for selected category.
 

ORDER IS PLACED
 
After order is confirmed you will receive (usually immediately) an e-mail which includes all data regarding the order. After order is processed by our side you will receive new e-mail containing new status of your order. All orders will be shipped within 2-3 days.
 

RECLAMATIONS AND RETURN OF GOODS
 
You have 8 working days time to return the goods in impeccable conditions and original packaging to the address from where the goods where sent to you or where you picked them up.
 

WARRANTY
 
For all the products being sold in REPA e-shop general warranty conditions are valid.
